The ADVERTISING Club Presents the AD Club ADvantage Mentor Program

As you know, The AD Club is dedicated to providing our members with a forum for career development, networking and giving back. In addition, one of the Club's worthiest missions is to support individuals at every stage of their career as well as those that are just entering the advertising industry. The AD Club and Microsoft Advertising have partnered to introduce The AD Club ADvantage Mentor Program.

The Mentor Program provides:

  • Valuable guidance, knowledge and insight from a Mentor that can be applied to professional growth
  • Seasoned executives with the satisfaction of giving back
  • Young professionals, students and individuals the opportunity to change the focus of their careers

Whether you are interested in Becoming a Mentor or Getting a Mentor, we hope that you make being part of the new AD Club ADvantage Mentor Program a priority.

Be a Mentor

As a Mentor, you will be sharing your knowledge with an ad professional in a similar discipline. In doing so, you will make an impact on the career path of an individual at the beginning of their career or at a crossroads.

Based upon your responses to the questionnaire that follows, we will match you up with a Mentee that suites you.

Program requirements:

  • The program’s minimum requirement is a six month commitment that includes two hours of ‘virtual office hours’ by phone, email or in person.
  • One monthly phone call
  • A two month progress report – this is a quick status of your experience as a Mentor

You are encouraged to follow the program requirements – by doing so, we can ensure success.

Get a Mentor

The AD Club ADvantage program is designed to help professionals learn and grow in the advertising industry in addition to helping executives at any level increase their skill set by signing up for a Mentor. As a Mentee, you will be given an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience from advertising professionals that can help guide your career.
